Ms.Jaishri is a zealous Personality Enhancement Coach and Soft Skills Trainer. She is Founder and Chief Image Consultant of Image Personified.

She believes that personality enhancement and social skills development will help people in bringing out transformation which is required in thresholds of their life.

Her zeal & commitment towards developing change & her skills in imbibing confidence amongst individuals brings out best from them. Having found a 360 degree change in herself, she felt that need for change in one’s own personality is very important and acts as a catalyst for lifelong success.

She has brought out unmatched ideas & carved out unique learning experience for her clientele & protégé which makes her training sessions more energetic and fun-learning.

A Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), Jaishri has a rich experience of over a decade in information technology and software industry. She has worked at leadership positions where she was exposed to managing teams and clients. This paved the way for her interest in people skills. Her passion & penchant for bringing in life values amongst the youth has made her champion the cause for reaching out to them through her social engineering.

She is certified in Image Consulting and Soft Skills Training from Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), Mumbai in association with Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA and Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), London.

She founded her firm “Image Personified” in 2016 with a vision to enhance individuals and help organisations on different aspects of social and professional development skills through trainings and workshops. She has been a practicing Soft skills trainer and Image Consultant.

Many institutions has gained from her experience in moulding& upgrading their wards. She has conducted trainings and guided people on Professional Grooming, Communication Skills, Body language, and Behavioural skills, Business Etiquette, Team Work, Time and Stress Management etc.

She has worked as Mumbai Chapter head of Image Management Professionals’ Association (IMPA). She has presented & delivered sessions on various platforms and conducted CSR activities as a representative of IMPA on social skills and personality development. She has received ‘Best IMPA Chapter’ Award under her tenure.

She is also empanelled as Faculty Trainer and Program Facilitator with organisations.

A passionate and a dedicated trainer, Jaishri is a holder of Master Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD Mumbai) and also a certified ‘Train the Trainer’ from NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training).

Her training programs are audience centric and customised to meet the requirements of participants for more engagements and learnings. Her sessions have been attended by business owners, CAs and Finance managers, IT engineers, sales and marketing professionals, doctors, consultants, entrepreneurs, working professionals, lecturers and students.
