Whether we like it or not, we communicate messages every time about ourselves. It is therefore a good idea to take a look at ourselves, our perception, our image, what messages we subconsciously communicate to others around us. A conscious effort to ‘consider’ ourselves outside & inside will not only offer us insights but improve our relationships.

Image management is the ongoing process of evaluating and controlling the impact of your presence and the resulting response on you and others.Your image is you in the minds of people. A mental picture that others create of you. Reflects the condition of your mind and heart.

It helps in creating an authentic, appropriate, attractive, and affordable personal and/or professional image which increases your confidence, credibility, capability, and productivity while contributing to continuing success.
